We undertake to respond back to you within 12 hours of receiving your enquiry and provide you with a firm quotation.

Upon receipt of your booking confirmation we will provide you with a provisional booking voucher and provide you with our bank account details to effect payment. Kindly note that the direct contact details of the safari lodge/hotel selected should you wish to verify the authenticity of the voucher.

Upon receipt of your proof of payment and/or confirmation from our finance department that full payment has been received we will immediately provide you with a confirmation voucher. This voucher confirms your booking and entitles you to travel to selected lodge/hotel.
