Kitara is of gracious proportion and mostly built of beautiful stone. The camp is laid out along a riverbank with beautiful grasses and trees that provided plenty of inspiration for the mostly neutral grey, soft green, touches of silver and other natural colours that have been brought in through textured fabrics and subtle patterns throughout the six well-appointed luxury suites.

Situated on the banks of the Klaserie River within the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve, adjacent and open to the Kruger National Park. Home to the Big Five.

A maximum of twelve guests can be accommodated at Kitara in its 6 luxurious, Victorian-style chalets. Each of the chalets provides convenient amenities and features such as air-conditioning, en-suite bathrooms, outdoor showers, fully stocked minibars, coffee and tea making facilities as well as private patios.
